Shipping policy

Delivery Policy- Rise & Thrive Eats prepares fresh overnight oats weekly and currently offers local delivery only.

Weekly Order Schedule

Orders must be placed by Friday at 1:00 PM for delivery the following Tuesday.

ORDER BY FRIDAY 1PM → MADE FRESH MONDAY → DELIVERED TUESDAY MORNING

Orders placed after the Friday 1:00 PM cut-off may be moved to the following week's delivery.

Delivery Day

Deliveries are made every Tuesday morning between approximately 3:00 AM and 7:00 AM.

As deliveries may occur early in the morning, customers do not need to be awake or present. Orders will be left in a safe location at the delivery address where possible.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to selected suburbs in Sydney, including:

Banksmeadow, Botany, Hillsdale, Eastgardens, Pagewood, Matraville, Mascot and Rosebery.

Availability is determined by the delivery address entered at checkout.

Fresh Food & Refrigeration

Our overnight oats are delivered fresh and chilled. Please place your order in the refrigerator as soon as possible after delivery and keep refrigerated.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and suitable delivery instructions where required.

Delivery Problems

If your order is missing, damaged or there is another issue with your delivery, please contact us at orders@risethriveeats.com.au as soon as possible and include your order number.

We will work with you to resolve the issue.
